Each week has a new themed playlists from 80's to Madonna to Swing to Rock and Roll. Develop your rhythm, stamina, coordination and agility working through different tempos and challenge yourself learning a fun routine.
BALLET•Bility has been specially crafted to offer a wonderful mix of low impact movement, classical music and body scans with focused breathing to get you listening to your body. For 1 hour a week it's entirely about you with excerises that focus on ✨ A•bility ✨ Mo•bility ✨ Sta•bility ✨ Flexi•bility ✨ Accessi•bility ✨
